AutoPhotoPro delivers AI-powered car photo enhancement packages. Each package provides the number of processed images indicated during purchase and includes email delivery of final files.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service with reasonable notice, including for maintenance or improvements.

3. Account & Upload Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that the photos you upload are lawful, non-infringing, and that you have the necessary rights to submit them for enhancement.

You must provide accurate contact information for delivery of results. Misuse of the platform, including attempts to upload malicious files, may result in suspension without refund.

Processing begins immediately upon payment and cannot be stopped once initiated. You acknowledge that the service is provided instantly upon purchase.

4. Payments & Refunds

All package fees are due at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Taxes may apply based on your location.

Payments are processed securely through Polar.sh, our third-party payment provider.

All sales are final. Due to the immediate digital nature of our AI enhancement service, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once processing begins.

Refunds will only be considered if we completely fail to deliver processed images due to a technical error on our side, determined at our sole discretion.

Promotional pricing is subject to change. Prices displayed at time of purchase are final.

5. Turnaround & Delivery

We aim to deliver enhanced images within the timeframe stated on the product page. Actual turnaround may vary depending on upload quality, network conditions, or required manual review.

Results are delivered via download link to the email address provided. Links remain valid for at least 30 days; please download your assets before expiry.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the original photos you upload. By submitting images, you grant AutoPhotoPro a non-exclusive license to process, enhance, and deliver the requested outputs.

All platform content, branding, and underlying technology remain the property of AutoPhotoPro. You may not copy, resell, or distribute our service or code without permission.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the service, including uploading unlawful content, violating privacy rights, attempting unauthorized access, or reverse-engineering the platform.

We reserve the right to investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement when required.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoPhotoPro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount paid for the applicable package.

9. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Images and associated data are handled securely and deleted after processing unless required for troubleshooting.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email. Your continued use of AutoPhotoPro after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
